[But then again, Norway has had a lot of practice in Holly Heights. The first three months were pretty much the most boring of his life and he did drink quite a bit, often to a point of no return. It was hard to know his own limits as a human. But he's been here for over half a year, it's getting easier. He'll make sure she won't need to leave through a hospital either.

With a small smirk, he tips the glass upside down on the table.]

I gotta admit, I like beer more.

I think I like France's version of vodka more. You can hardly taste anything but a warming sensation. Who knew...Russia was rather angry about that, from what I heard.

[Takes another one of the glasses and dips it and her head back, downing another glass with a gulp and a hiss. Shakes her head and turns the glass over, setting it down next to the previous one with a clank.]

Ssss...at least the burning is becoming less.

The taste is half the trip, I guess. [Norway shrugs. He wouldn't want a beer that tasted like nothing. But each for their own. On principle, he'd disagree with anything Russia says, but that's another matter.

He takes another drink. Can't fall back after all. His eyes squint a bit as he places the glass upside down on the table.]

We can stop this if y'like. [Amused, maybe getting a bit drunk here.]

Depends on what it is sometimes I guess.

[Shakes her head and picks up another tiny glass.] Nah, it's a contest. I'm not gonna lose so easily.

[Perhaps a small whine but brings the glass to her lips and throws it back once more. The burn doesn't seem as bad but she can feel her cheeks and stomach become warmer.]

[Norway nods. That's true. He'd not drink something too sweet for the taste. Vodka is okay, strawberry cider is not.]

Yer trying ta say ye'll lose in the end? [He teases but picks up the third glass and knocks it back with her, giving a gentle cough before lowering the glass to the table. He doesn't feel drunk yet, but if he'd get up, he might stagger quite mightily at this point.]

Oh hardly. If I can drink three Germans under the table I'm pretty sure I can hold up my own against anyone! [That's right, Grandpa Magyar didn't raise no fool.

Taking another glass, she stares at it for a long while and realizes that she might be a little drunk already. Damn, were humans really this vulnerable? Either or rather than shooting it back, she sips on it and lowers the glass with a small hiss.]

Seems stronger than I remember.

[Norway waits with the next one, letting it settle for a bit.]

's because yer human now.

[He's been drinking quite a bit in the past months and figured out his own limitations. But it's quite obvious that he's getting a little dizzy and it shows with lowered lids that shadow his gaze until those blue eyes seem almost black.]

Yeah I guess I am...[She frowns at that and takes a deeper sip of her drink before setting the partially filled glass down on the table.

A shiver runs down her back as she huffs and tugs some of the hair behind her ear. It seems her blushing has made not only her cheeks tint but her ears as well.]

Stupid limitations...

[He reaches over to her hand upon the last glass.] Take a break. Ye'll throw up otherwise.

[There's genuine worry in his gaze. He'll pick up his glass in a moment to catch up with her, but not before he's sure that she's alright.]

[The gentleness of the situationist makes her glance over at him with burning red cheeks that seem to be darker. She nods and sticks to just sipping for now.]

M'sure I'll be just fine...hardly feel nuffin. [A lie of course that's followed with a small giggle as she leans comfortably back in her booth.]

[She's cute. And he's amused, if slightly surprised for thinking about the fact that rosy cheeks make her even cuter.]

Sounds convincing, [he teases while knocking back his drink that he owes to her.]

[Blinks as he looks at her and touches her face with her hands, smooshing her cheeks just a bit due to drunken feelings.] I-Is there something on my face?

... [He watches her touch her face and gives a small smile at the sort of clumsy cuteness of it.] 's just lovely, [he says, stumbling a bit over the last word and clearing his throat right after.]

I ah..I beg your pardon? [Was she just that drunk that she heard his compliments in her mind like some sort of strange fantasy or was that moment just real?]

[He just quirks a brow at her, but doesn't repeat what he just said, instead he'll pick up another drink and rolls it between is fingers before knocking it back.]

[Gives a small scoff just because she's drunk and waves her hand a bit.] Sounds to me..! Like you've already had one too many had. [Or maybe she has.]

[He'll snort at that, ending it with a chuckle as the glass is placed on the table. Norway props his jaw into his palm and smirks at her.] 'm fine. How 'bout ye?

[Tilts her head from side to side, considering his question.] Aahh..just a little warm I guess.

[Takes another one of the glasses and sips gingerly on it, not wanting to shoot it all the way back so quickly with how flushed she's becoming.]

[ They've been pouring quite a bit of fluids down their throats. He's in dire need of private time in the restroom right now. He gives her a nod, a bit more eagerly articulated than usually but when he tries to stand up, he has to reach for the table not to stumble. ]

Excuse m' fer a moment. [And with that he sways out of the booth and towards the bathrooms.]

[Though her reaction is a little slower, she reaches out and tries to steady him with a small laugh.]

Careful there. Don't fall down while you're in there, okay?
